Who we are
Rivmu is run by OND SERVICES INC., a company registered in Quebec, Canada, at 11193 Bd Sainte-Gertrude, Montreal, QC H1G 5P1, Canada. Contact us at [email protected]. The person in charge of privacy is Oussama Dehmani.
Our role
We decide how the small amount of data described here is used, so we are the controller of that data. We never receive the files you work on.
What we collect
Your files, pasted or typed text, signatures and logos: nothing. They are processed in your browser and aren't sent to us.
Technical data: your IP address, browser and the pages you request appear in server logs. Your cookie choice is stored in your browser. If you accept cookies, Google Analytics and Google AdSense collect data as described in our cookie policy. We have no accounts, so we hold no names, emails or passwords, and we take no payments.
How we use it
We use logs to run the site and prevent abuse. With your consent, we use analytics to count visits and tool completions per language, and we show ads that pay for the site.
Legal basis
Running the site securely is based on our legitimate interest. Analytics and advertising cookies are based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Connected services
None. Rivmu doesn't connect to your accounts.
Who we share it with
Hosting provider, for the server. Cloudflare, as the network and security provider in front of the site. Google, for analytics, ads and the consent tool shown in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland. Analytics and ads run only if you accept cookies. We never sell data.
International transfers
Our server is in Quebec, Canada. Cloudflare and Google may process data in other countries, using safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Data retention
Server logs are rotated at 10 MB across 3 files per service, at most 30 MB per part of the service, and can contain IP addresses. We keep no backups of personal data, because the site stores none. Your cookie choice lasts 180 days.
Children
The site is meant for people aged 16 or over, and younger users need a parent's permission.
Security
The site uses HTTPS everywhere, a strict content security policy and infrastructure behind Cloudflare. Access to servers is limited to what's needed.
Incidents
If a breach affects personal data, we'll post a notice on this site and tell the authorities as the law requires, within 72 hours where that applies.
Your rights
Under Quebec's Law 25, Canada's PIPEDA, the EU GDPR and the UK GDPR, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, and withdraw consent. Email [email protected]. Because we have no accounts, we usually can't link logs to you. Use Cookie settings in the footer to change your cookie choice. Visitors elsewhere may have similar rights under local law.

We use one essential cookie for your choice, plus Google cookies only if you accept. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, Google's certified consent tool asks for your choice. See our cookie policy.
