Rivmu provides free PDF and image tools that run in your browser. It's run by OND SERVICES INC..
Accounts
No account is needed.
Acceptable use
Don't attack the site, overload it, or use it to break the law or anyone's rights. Only process files you're allowed to use. Don't use the tools that add text, signatures, watermarks or crops to forge a document or to change one you aren't entitled to change. The tools don't remove DRM or passwords.
Payments and refunds
The tools are free, so there's nothing to refund. If paid plans are added, these terms will be updated first.
Your data
Your files stay yours. We never receive them. Keep your originals, since you're responsible for checking results before you rely on them.
Signatures
Sign PDF places an image of your signature on a page. It isn't a certified or verified digital signature, and we don't check anyone's identity or keep any record of signing. Only sign in your own name or with permission, and check that a visual signature is accepted for your document. We give no assurance that it will be.
Availability
We try to keep the site working, but we don't promise it will always be available or error free.
Liability
The service is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for lost data or indirect losses from using it. Nothing here limits rights you have by law.
Analytics
The public site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people use. It sets _ga cookies and sends Google the page address, referrer, browser, device and an approximate location from your IP address. It never sends names, emails or file contents. It runs only if you accept analytics cookies in the banner, and you can withdraw that any time from Cookie settings in the footer. See our privacy and cookie policies.
Termination
You can stop using the site at any time. We may block abusive use.

We may update these terms and will change the date below. Last updated: 2 November 2026.
