Add your images to PNG to PDF or JPG to PDF, set the order, and download. If the result is too large, compress it.
Getting a document ready
Photograph pages flat, in good light, straight on. Crop each photo first if your phone lets you. Then add them in reading order.
Keeping the size down
Four phone photos can easily pass 10 MB, which is over many upload limits. Choose Smaller file under Quality before you start, or run the PDF through Compress PDF on Balanced.
