How to save a WEBP image as JPG or PNG
Convert it with WEBP to JPG for photos, or WEBP to PNG for graphics and anything transparent.
Why this keeps happening
Sites send WEBP because it loads fast, so that's what your browser saves. The site didn't do anything wrong, it's just newer than some of your apps.
Which one to choose
If the image has a see-through background, pick PNG. For everything else, JPG gives you a smaller file.
