How to turn a video clip into a GIF
Open MP4 to GIF, set the start and length, keep it short, and press Start.
Keep it small
Length matters most. Five seconds at 480 pixels and 10 frames a second is a good place to start.
On a phone
Clips are limited to 15 seconds at 480 pixels. Keep the page open while it works.
