What is an SVG file?
SVG is a vector image format. It's drawn from shapes, so it stays sharp at any size.
Best uses
Logos, icons and simple illustrations. Photos don't work as SVG.
When you need PNG
Many social sites, office apps and upload forms won't accept SVG.
