How to get a still image from a GIF
Use GIF to PNG. Choose the first frame, or every frame if you want to pick a moment.
Finding the right frame
Export all frames, open the zip, and sort by name. Frame numbers follow the animation.
Long GIFs
A 10-second GIF can have 100 frames or more, so try a computer rather than a phone.
